There's a few companies that offer a similar service. They import the vehicle as a 'race/rally' car only, but you can only purchase the car from them if you have a CAMS license and intend to race it. Don't know if that was what happened in this case. I can say definitively however that you are right...

Gearbox Compatibility

I thought there was a thread about this a while ago, but I can't find it. Wanted to know if anyone knows if the Jap Spec alto engines are interchangeable with gearboxes. I have an F5B turbo with 4WD gearbox and differential. I wanted to get rid of the F5B and change it over with an F6A, K6A or F6B. ...

Still for sale.
The car hasn't been registered in Victoria. I bought it as a second car, I just never got round to registering it. Now I've moved to NSW I didn't want to arrange to transport it to NSW, just figured it might be easier to let it go.

Yeah, you have to be careful with this. OBX and autotecnica are ADR'd, I believe, across the board. Sparco have the Sprint, which is ADR'd. However, the Sprint V is a better fit as it's more compact. No ADR though. Sparco said to me that 'technically the Sprint V doesn't have ADR approval but it's p...

Well don't worry about your undercarriage then. If you're just entering for cruising and the driving events without being judged, with the level of modification you have, a neat and tidy vehicle will pass no problems. Only cars with no mods, untidy or unsafe mods or unfinished/messy paint etc don't ...

In a word, reasonably expensive. But you get what you pay for I guess. But I don't think they're that much considering what you get and the warranty is excellent. Different batteries, depending on what you want it to do. Speak to an Odyssey dealer about what you want to run. I love the odyssey batte...

Don't need to worry about undercarriage, unless you are entering the 'elite' class. That is excluding the requirement for a tailshaft loop if you plan on entering the go-to-whoa. I only entered 'street' class which isn't judged from the sills down and shows evidence of 'real street' driving - stone ...

Get an odyssey battery. I've got one in mine. Running a system not dissimilar to yours except different brand and I'm running 5.25" splits instead of 4 ways. My odyssey battery is awesome, it's almost half the size of the original battery and has plenty of charge and never had a problem powerin...
