Re: f6a conversion step by step

There are not too many Mightyboys with F6As each one is a totally custom installation. Best of luck with it.

Re: A/C in Mightyboy - Ever been done ?

When we built the MYDBOY we did consider using the A/C that came in the halfcut but decided against it because we were looking for outright performance & didn't want the extra weight or drag on the engine. It definately could be done, but the engine compartment of the Alto Works is very differen...

Alexandra Truck & Ute Show 2014

E.O.I. http://www.alexandratruckshow.com.au/ Are any Victorians interested in displaying Mightyboys this year. We have been the last couple of years, it's a good day with plenty of interesting displays. Just thought we would see if their is any interest. :thumbup2:

Re: what am I missing?

As BEAR351C said can't see the bolt to hold the pulley onto the crank unless it's been screwed back in to turn the engine over. Suzuki in Australia still carry some parts don't know about UK, but general engine parts are normally sourceable non-genuine.

Re: what am I missing?

Timing belt appears to still be there, but if it has broken or slipped they are not a free running engine & would have done valve + damage. Curious why it is partially disassembled. Best of luck with it, you will get plenty of good first hand information on this forum. :thumbup2:

Re: So, I bought a Suzuki - new user

At the start of this thread you say it's automatic, if it is an F8B transmission it will be seriously sluggish due to the taller final drive ratio with the F5A. For what it's worth :- The smaller water passages in the head are to equalize the temperature & prevent steam build up, the larger hole...
