Does anyone know a supplier/parts code for shackle bushes for the standard MB rear suspension? Required ASAP.

Thanks in advance.

WTB: Wiper linkages for MB (NSW)

After sitting in the shed for too long, my wiper linkages (under the air vents on the bonnet) have seized and are not salvageable. This is the last thing required for a blue slip. Therefore i'm after a set of linkages ASAP to get the Boy back on the road. I'm in Newcastle, NSW. Any help would be app...

From Newie, drive a stock white MB. Needs some TLC but still goes alright (for a 550).
There are a few other 'boys around town that i see fairly regularly.

So that's where mine went. Mine doesn't have one.
Makes me wonder what the previous owner would have done.
Probably got a mate to lift up the corner a few inches while he swapped tyres... :D

I have got an original spare one, never used, still in the box. Have been meaning to put it on for a while, so i suppose my current one is up for grabs.

Has a small crack in one corner and is a bit faded, but nothing a bit of tlc can't fix. It might as well go to a good home if it is wanted.

Whingers! I miss my Mightyboy as the tank is only ~20 litres! Even if it is 1.50 it's only $30 whereas my Vitara sucks up 50 litres and costs me $75! I wish I had my mightyboy back. Chris, if you want to sell it. ;) Sounds like the problem I faced until recently. Vitara was sucking through 72L @ 12...

Electric Powered MB

Came across an old article while trawling the web. (sorry if it is old news)

http://www.ev-power.com.au/IMG/pdf/elec ... _renew.pdf

45-50kW and a heap of torque from an electric motor would be rather handy in a MB, especially at around 2 cents per km.
