Re: Breyten's neverending build
Seems the fuel tank is feeding as much junk as fuel up the lines. Will hopefully drain n drop the tank out this weekend. Can wash n rinse out with water, but has anyone on here used RedKote or similar? There is another one that comes in a kit with anti-rust treatment as well from PPC, but not sure i...

Re: Advice for rookie!
If you follow the book it works quite well for rebuilding etc. Kinda sucks for diagnosing a problem though. That is where experience matters. I'm just lucky I live under the same roof as an ex-dealer mechanic from when the MightyBoy was new! If I get stuck I call for a consult :) either that or I ha...

Got some recent pics? Shoot looked pretty good already...
Also, which AT seats are they, and did they bolt right in?
Thanks,
Breyten

Re: Electric fuel pump in Mightyboy? is it possible?
Boost was probably wrong word.
Think mech pump it struggling a bit. Will eventually remove it, just want to make sure having them in series wont flood it!

Re: Electric fuel pump in Mightyboy? is it possible?
Just to ressurect the topic.
Would something like this do the trick?
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/4-0-6-0psi-F ... 3a74791d95
Either as a replacement or a boost pump before the stocker?

Re: Now the MB Build thread
Sounds like an interesting prospect.
From lifting solid axles jeeps I know how much of a differance caster can make.
However when lifting it typically reduces, would have though lowering would increase it already?
Just interested in learning a bit more.

Re: Now the MB Build thread
Will you be using the Trumpy ITBs?
That would give it throttle body injection, yes?
