I Love the the Sierra Trayback but my first true love is still the mighty boy.

I spoke to the importers of the dune buggy on ebay that has the 800 engine when i needed the alternator.

The language barrier was the main concern, then the fact that even when i sent back one of their own pics with the alternator circled they still didn't know what i was after was a concern.

Do you think two weeks is too long? add a few days for travel before and after and it's a big ask. I just drove to Melbourne last week. I came back up via bayeman's bay and on upto port stephens in the mighty boy, literally yesterday. By my calculations it was 2395 Km. It was a hard drive by myself ...

I got one ordered in for the MB from repco. it was 250 or 350 I can't remember now but I figured if it lasts another 20 odd years it's worth going new.

It's definently possible to get the rear of a 2008 Transit slidlng in the wet, but the traction control does kick in. When loaded I'd say they handle very well especially at highish revs.
