hey does anyone have the part number for an f8b carby. i cant find it on mine and i am going to be oredering a carby kit

They don't have a part number that I am aware of. I just ordered one for an Mikuni carby from an 85 Hatch. Obviously if your carby is a Solex you order that kit instead.

The Fuel Miser kit covers both EPA and non-EPA models - if you have the latter then you just have leftover bits. ;)

are the f5a nd f8b carbys the same cause i was thinkin of gettin a kit for my f5a nd i might be gettin a f8b soon so i would use that carby if they r the same

F8B and F5A carbies are different, although the carby kits can be used on either.
