I'm leaving from the shire and heading west along heathcote road to the M7 to head south. I'd gues You'll be just jumping straight on the m7?
Not sure where a good place to meet would be but i'd like to meet up with anyone else sooner rather than later.
Anyone else using the same/similar route - i.e. M7?

Whereis.com says my trip will be just under 3hrs to Yass. I was thinking about leaving home at 5:15 as I've got make a short detour to get my Brother at Blair Mount and I'll want a break before we leave Yass again (plus Breaky).
Does that suit?

Main Points of interest along M7 North to south Seam to Be:
1. M7 Meets Western Motorway
2. Hume meets Illawarra Hwy
3. Goulburn
4. Yass
NOTES:
1. 'Greater' Sydney Meet for the start (1 Hour to Illawarra Hwy)
2. 'Southern' NSW Meet Group 1. (45 mins to Goulburn)
3. Catch up if lagging (1 hour to Yass)
4. NSW Meet ACT Contingents.
All ideas only. I suggest leave start point at 6AM? But this does not make any allowance for time at stops, refuelling / toilet / food / etc
If others can commit to this that'd be great.

I'm not real familiar with the exact area. So I'm open to suggestions.
The Crossroads Homemake Centre is right at the junction of the M5, M7 and Old Hume Highway and allows traffic coming from any direction to get off the freeway. Might be a good place.
Pheasants Nest Mobil Service Centre is a few kms past the Picton Rd overpass if you wanted something a bit further down the road.

Google maps says 2hr 30min to yass from pheasants nest, so say meet at the mobil on the Hume highway in pheasants nest at 6ish to leave there no later then 6:20 - 6:30 to be in yass at 9 sound good ??

Can we get a list going of who is meeting there / who to meet along the way?
