(ACT) Canberra Ute Show - 25/2/2007
Should get your paperwork early next week. Yeah I spoke to Leanne (one of the organisers) and she remembers me from the last two years of the show. No dramas with my entry.

Yeah sounds like a plan to me.
I also found out that there's a ute show on at Gundaroo on the 24/25th of March. I might make the trip out for that too.

Ok, can you post some info, like where's gundaroo?
Gundaroo is about 25 minutes directly north of Canberra.
Click the following link for a map (Gundaroo is at the bottom-centre)

I have a flyer at home, I'll grab it and post up the details.

I still don't have mine yet and tht gives me the craps because it was done at the same time!
The just had further to send it... Its nothing special, just a map of where to enter, your ute details on a blue piece of paper, your ute's entry onto the show ground pass and your 2 entry tickets (i think thats it)...
Garry. Nuff sed!
I got my pack today. Evidently someone gave Leeane the wrong address.
I'm still working to get the ute ready. Intercooler is now fitted and plumbed, intake manifold is fitted (if anyone knows an easy way to get that bastard nut on thats underneath the 3rd runner I'm all ears!) and carby is on.
Still left to do is the wiring and relays for the fuel pumps, fit fuel filter and hoses, run boost lines to the dissy/wastegate/BOV, refit the rear bar, sticking the front end and headlights back in, put the mags on... oh, and hopefully find time to wash it!
So, with the amount of shit I'm pushing uphill I'm going to need a bigger stick!

You can put me to use until about 12 Saturday... Im good for fitting the rear bar and getting my hands/fingers into tight spots...
Oh, and its gonna kill you when i tell you this, i have a brand new intake manifold that has been sitting in my shed since i got it which i could of given you (exact same as yours)... Doesn't matter now but...

Nah the problem was that I unbolted the carby manifold for the EFI conversion, and needed to bolt it back on. Prick of a thing!
I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel now. (and blood on my fingertips!)
Lucky tomorrow is only a half day at work, so that gives me some extra time.
