tyre fitment for MB

Hello Gang, just wondering if 13" Mags and 175/70 tyres are okay for a MB. Some pics I have seen appear to have tyres around this size. any info would be appreciated.

Hi mate
I have Yokohama A539's
175/60 R13 on swift rims
scrubs a little upfront on full lock.
70 profile might make the wheel diameter too big??
