Have just managed to pick up a Suzuki Sport N2 ECU for my Alto Works (an ECU meant for a Cappuchino, but have looked into it and the ECU is almost exactly the same), which I'll be using alongside my turbo taken off a H10A Wagon R Wide (the choice of upgrade turbo in Japan).
What I'm wondering though is this: will the N2 ECU set the boost higher through the stock solenoid or will I need to get an aftermarket boost controller and wire that up in order to raise boost above stock?
Again, sorry if this is a very simple question but am just trying to learn as much as I can quickly about these cars. Thanks for any advice you can offer me
N2 ECU: boost controller needed?

Boost pressure is solely controlled by the actuator spring. If you want to raise the pressure then you will need to use a bleed valve or controller.
Then you have to worry about the fuel cut.

F8B EFI turbo - Three pots and a snail.
Thanks for that. The N1 and N2 computers both remove fuel cut though, as well as the boost and speed limiters.

I've got an F6A and am going to get some 295cc injectors out of a Toyota Starlet which should be a direct replacement. As for plugs, I'll change those out too for colder ones.grant4561 wrote:When an N2 is fitted to an F6AT they not only fit a larger capacity turbo but you need bigger injectors (295cc) and colder plugs(8's) but it might depend on what motor you have in your Alto.

Yep, the Starlet ones are a direct upgrade and should slot straight in.
I have been looking for some for a while now but there pretty rare in Australia.
Can you source them easily in japan and if so how much would a set cost?
PS. I have been reading your thread on clubcappo.

Not so sure how much a set of injectors will cost from a Starlet in a junkyard here in Japan, but I can certainly make some inquiries for you if you wantedgrant4561 wrote:Yep, the Starlet ones are a direct upgrade and should slot straight in.
