Not sure if im a fan. They looked better sitting in the garage!
Ill give it a few days and see if it grows on me.
They are a bit too bling for me!
might have to spray the centres mat black and keep the dished lip silver.

Yeah, they look crap. Give them to me so I can put them on my Carry, I'm sure I will get used to them. :D

Nah they'd look better on either of my 'Boys than any Carry :P
So many delays to getting my MB back in order with 993cc & 5 speed transaxle... neighbor issue gone, donor shell up on rotisserie, new sheds on the way.... another project also..

We wouldn't want the Boys to fight over them. They might have to compromise (that's how they got the name MIGHTy Boys), and I don't think they would look good each with a pair on the front.

they are 14 x 6
with 165/55/14 yokohama advan

handle heaps better for normal street driving than the Yokohama A539's 175/60 R13 on swift rims than i took off.

not sure if its due to a wider offset or the narrower tyre

but there is heaps less torque steer, steering is heaps lighter and i actually get full lock without scrubbing :)

At last - I think they look great too. I just couldn't resist the opportunity to stir.
My MB's are not looking so flash & a set of wheels that nice would just look out of place. The red one needs a thorough going over to straighten the panels & a respray - I like the yellow on the new Swift. 'Wide load' will need another F8b before I do anything else.

I reckon the A539s are the worst tyre I have ever used.

I reckon they look good dude! Keep them on there, if not for the looks just for the better handling!

I wish i could afford a set of rubber for my new rims!

Cheers

I'd be interested if you find an ebay seller who sells rims with tried and tested size of rim and off-set, and possibly tyres too.

I'd love to be able to ring or email someone and say "send me item number xxx" and know that they would bolt on no problems.
