I have had some replies regarding the problem I am having with BB/MB stalling at the lights and at roundabouts with big Longreach utes right up my rear bumper revving and Grinning waiting with their Steer Horns and Slim Dusty stickers to run over the top of me(thats what its like in downtown Wagga Wagga Saturday Morning.)Do you think the "Bad Bitch" sticker I have on the back of the MB that provokes these Cowboys to try and "Run her Out of Town".Seriously though I need to get her to just takeoff and leave them in a cloud of "Bull Dust".I think the roads a big enough for MB and Longreach Utes .What do You Think?.We have tried everything to get BB/MB to get up and go in 1st Gear.

Being familiar with the hesitation that a near 20-year-old MightyBoy experience when it's never had a carby kit put through it, my first impulse is to suggest that you rebuild the carby.

My carby hesitates dramatically when the throttle is depressed less than half-way, and the only way I've managed to get this far in such a state is by flattening the throttle on take-off - a luxury afforded to me by having a slushbox between the crank and the wheels to smooth out the jerky starts... ;)

All signs point towards the idle circuit in the carby - rebuild it and replace the fuel filter. I'm pretty sure you'll have no problems after that.
