I've seen it on oneof my mates sisters Vitara. Looks the trick, but yeah, would be heavy.

Things aren't expensive if you DIY or have mates rates - my ute would have cost me 3 times as much as I have spent if I just paid other people to do the work. ;)

Yeah but 1/3 of the price it would of cost if you had others doing it is still equates to heaps :) . So how long till the custom door trims are compleat? Any chance of a heads up on what they will look like?

Just door trims, or footwells etc.? Are they for fibreglass/carbon fibre or for carpet? I like the trim in that MB with the custom VS dash (was for sale recently on eBay) where he has the black and white cheques, I think it looks quiet good (appart from in the footwells where the white is nice and stained :x )

I didn't like the checks that much, but they would look better in a more 'classic' car that would fit with the "happy days" theme, kinda like hungry jacks is done now... :D~ mmmm hungry jacks

Not to say the mightyboy isn't a classic...

These trims that you guys are talking about sound very interesting...keep us posted please. :thumbup2:
