What I normally tell people on other forum I go to:

Quick and easy way to post pics....

1. Go to http://www.ImageShack.US
2. Click the Browse button
3. Find the pic you want to upload
4. Click the host it! button
5. Once it has uploaded (will probably take a fair while) you will be directed to a new screen.
6. Select all the text in the 'Thumbnail for forums (1)' box, copy, and paste that into the message box for your post.
Example:

[URL=http://img211.imageshack.us/my.php?image=p10100128ae.jpg][IMG]http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/844/p10100128ae.th.jpg[/IMG][/URL]

7. Repeat for each pic

A link visible from the forums would be handy, I didn't know the gallery was there until you mentioned it, then I found it on the main page.
