Sounds like something used to stop people tailgating than an exhaust.

No more difficult than fitting any other type of muffler. ;)

Take your ute to an exhaust place and get them to weld a flange and the cannon on.

One on each side? Only looks good if its a V8 or a Boxer 4. Go 3 out if you want to get looks. 3 Cylinders, 3 cannons. One out each side and one straight up the guts in the middle. Sounds good to me.
