a few weeks ago, we installed a Magnetic Ignition system in place of the points breaker system in my old 79 Corona.
..It started pinging at very low revs, If u short shift and at very high RPM's. I didnt get a chance to take a look at the problem so just told my driver to remove the damn thing and install the original.But my mechanic today told me that it looks ok, so he told me to install it on my F8B.
What do you guys say about this? Is it any better than the original one and what alteration wud hav to be done to accomodate it inside the Dizzy?
