The best AND easiest way doesn't exist. ;)

The easiest way is to run EFI hose from the tank to the carby and back, with appropriate pump and filter. Hella dodgy.
The best way is to run "bundy" tube (5/8") from front to rear and then EFI fuel hose in the engine bay - again with the proper pump and filter.

Ultimately a surge tank and lift pump should be fitted, to avoid melting a piston if the fuel tank runs low - or never let the tank go below 1/4, your choice. ;)

The tank pick-up is fine, but the return flange into the filler neck has to be made larger.

Will get some pics of my surge tank when I get a chance.
