Well here is the story, after much hair pulling and consulting the Encyclopaedia Mighty Boy (the forums)I finally found and fixed (fingers crossed) the problem my boy was had theses last couple of months.
So now Im left with the question do I realy need to put the cam belt cover back on, it was a pain in the butt to get off, as we all know, so after putting the balance and the water pump pully's back on to get the engine running I dont want to take them off again if I dont have to.
And it does look kinda cool :D

You don't have to put it on, but if a rock or something flicks up into one of the timing pulleys you might regret it. ;)
