i have some seats (bought off ebay for $5) and i dont know what their out off.. anyway, how do i know if their suitable for a MB?

The mounting holes under the seats need to match the MB rails (can use adapter plates but need to be engineered) & seat height can be a problem ie thickness of seat base - if the seat is higher than the originals you may have issues with room under the steering wheel & difficulty getting in & out.
So many delays to getting my MB back in order with 993cc & 5 speed transaxle... neighbor issue gone, donor shell up on rotisserie, new sheds on the way.... another project also..

Also if the seat base is too wide they won't let the doors close. That can be a bit of a problem. :lol:

Its made before 1989, doesnt need doors :)
