Once you've got the wheel off you need a slide hammer to get the drum off - and don't forget to chock the front wheels and leave the handbrake off. If you don't have a slide hammer you can put the wheel on very loosely and give it a few tugs. That usually pulls the drum off.
There isn't a "hub" as such, just the driveshaft. To remove that you first need to disassemble the brake assembly and remove the backing plate. Then you need a slide hammer to dislodge the shaft from the seal.

so is there any other nuts to undo ?
so i just take the wheel of and then put it back on loosly and give it a tug?
so what holds the drum on when the wheel is bolted on thight if ya no what i mean. on my swift the drum on the back had a big nut holding it on i took the wheel of the swift popped a cap off that coverd the bearing i undone the big nut and just pulled the drum of, but the carry drum is just solid no cap to remove to access the nut that i thought would be there to undo..

Sorry I've got myself confused between Carry and MB.
For the Carry once you take the wheel off and release the hand brake the drum will just slide off the studs. It might need some persuasion with a rubber mallet but that's it.
You need the slide hammer/loose wheel to pluck the driveshaft after that.

arh i see now so the drum just slides of the wheel studs. once i take the wheel off then take the drum off i then suspect thats where ill find the big nut holding every thing else on i undo that bolt the wheel back on loosly and give it a tug.
i only need to take the drum off tho as im just inspecting the shoes and if there is any leaks into the drum itself
so its the wheel nuts that holds the drum on the carry van...

There's no castle nut (big nut) holding the assembly together. The drum is held on by the wheel and the driveshaft is held in by the brake backing plate (and the press-fit bearing).
If you're only inspecting the brakes then all you need to remove is the drum though.
