car dont start good..

hi. all its getting cold now and my boy is having trouble starting up in the mornings... is there a choke or something i can use to make it start easier without conking out... :roll:

the choke is the little thing on the left and below a bit of the steering wheel. it should hav a little picture like this on it |/|
