Turf the sealed beam headlights and get a set of semi-sealed units mate. The code number for those is in the guides section of the site. ;)

As for the boss code I can't help sorry, my boss is a genuine SAAS, and they don't make em any more.
The code should be the same as for a Hatch, but I will have to check Mel's 87 Alto to see if they are the same. (They're not the same as a 96-99 Alto I know that much.) 8)

Found an old .pdf on the net supposed to be " Autotecnica Boss Kit Application Chart as at 01/03/02"
http://www.importscene.com.au/files/boss_kits.pdf

Suzuki section states:-

Code Model Year
-----------------------------------------

323 Sierra To 1997
323 Mightyboy
322 Swift 1982-1987
322 Alto 1982-1993
329 Swift,Vitara 1988-1992
326 Vitara 1992-1996
328 Swift,Cino 1992 on (02)
328 Vitara,Sierra 1997 on (02)
328 Baleno 1996 on (02)
328 Jimni

Doesn't mention Hatch. I seem to remember a couple of posts (somewhere?) that mentioned that a modification had to be made to the boss kit to make it sit properly on the spline. Sat too high otherwise.
