Hey guys i had a bit of a problem with my Boy last week it only seem to happen on real cold mornings, doing around the 100k speed, It was hesatating as if i was backing off but i wasnt so i pulled over gave it a few revs and away i went next cold morning same thing and so on and so on.. So i changed the plugs and points and filters and done the timing gave it a service next cold morning same thing, checked all electricals everything looked ok so i went to the fuel and there it was right in front of me the vacum solanoid for the secondry wasnt kicking in so i pulled it off and noticed a split in the rubber plunger so a trip to the wreckers pulled one of a sigma ( apparently there the same ) and $30 later all seems to be going fine. touch wood  Just thought ild share that incase anyone else experiances the same problem.

I reckon 99% of MightyBoy owners have suffered the old secondary carby woes.

The secondary vacuum diaphragm is one of the most common sources of power-loss encountered by MightyBoy owners. The very first thing Brayden told me to keep an eye out for when I met him. But thank you for taking the time to draw it to our attention!
