only on idle it farts about when on high revs it runs perfectly thats all i have is around 150 compression on new motor built to the book
mine does this if i let the fuel get below the empty mark, i have to refill before it reaches the line even tho it still has 20% left in the tank at the empty mark.
the tank is full of crap and it gets dragged though.
my dad and i tried everything to fix it, new dizzy and all that.
then someone suggested putting a rag over the carby.
so we tried it and it worked, never missed a beat since aslong as i fill it up before it goes past the empty line.
1: take air cleaner off
2: rev the engine hard
3: while still revving it, put a rag over the carby to stop the air. the engine will slow down.
4: take off rag
repeat steps 3 and 4 about 10 times and then it should idle fine.
use a clean lint free rag
