Hi guys, I was so close to being able to make it as I was sure I'd be working at the hanging rock concert event on Saturday 20/11/10, even did the online induction so I'd be working that day and free for Sunday. Turns out everybody at the yard wanted to do it so all the ass kissers get 1st priority, could I work Sunday? to which I said no I had plans. It's not like it's a big deal not working at the gig as Paul Kelly, Clair Bowditch and Leonard Cohen don't interest me at all and I'd only be standing at a road closure, way away from the event anyway. It was all about the cruise so I'll take the whole weekend off hooray. Then I get a call later being begged to work Sunday because no one else is available and I can't say no, as it is an extreme circumstance and could bite me on the behind later. Not the end of the world though I'll make sure and put a N/A in for the day next time, I hope you all have a great/safe day and hope to see you all soon.

Five cars participated in today's run. Four forum members and (hopefully) a ring-in soon to be a forum member... PSI_Wagon met us at the starting point, but couldn't make the run.
The weather was just brilliant and the company pleasant.
We drove casually down to Torquay, avoiding Geelong this year, courtesy of the newly completed freeway bypass section and so arrived close enough to midday.
Lunches were organised and chatter ensued.
A little later we lost some cars in the side-streets whilst ice-cream hunting, but then set about the trip back up to Melbourne. Cheers
Oh, and P.S. - Parry - Thanks for the Team MightyBoy Sticker! - It's Sweet As.
