Looking for mechanic Melbourne

I have a mighty boy and have a lot of trouble finding mechanics who are willing to work on it. I recently took it to someone (6 months ago...) And they didn't listen when I said I wanted an engine upgrade, put a shit old engine in it, and it's broken down twice since then. I've had to take it back to them as the engine was under warranty and now they've been screwing me around for months.
While I get this sorted out, and possibly tell them to take the engine out and refund my money, I'm looking for someone reliable that I could take it to in the future.

Appreciate any advice.
